Project Manager/Field Operator:
The ideal candidate for this position will have 10+ years of experience in all aspects of residential construction and remodeling, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
You will need the skills and capability of:
- Organizing a job
- Creating and maintaining a schedule
- Ordering materials
- Delegating responsibilities to other staff members
- Communicating with subcontractors
- Assessing quality issues and recommending corrections
- Work hands-on in the field to ensure proper operation
Skilled Laborer:
The ideal candidate for this position will have 5+ years of experience in at least one special skill set including trim carpentry, framing, cabinet installation, and tile installation. You must be able to work with minimal oversight and follow directions closely.
General Laborer:
The ideal candidate for this position will have 1-2 years of experience in the construction field. You must have the physical ability to lift and carry items weighing approximately 75 pounds, climb and work on ladders, operate hand and power tools, work around moving machinery, follow general instruction, and have the ability to read blueprints.
